Prawns with Trahana |

Ingredients6-8 large prawns (with or without shell) |
1. Heat the olive oil in large frying pan and add prawns with garlic and rosemary. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Turn down the heat to the medium 2. Add tomato puree and trahana stirring all the ingredients together well. Cook for further 3 minutes .3. Pour ouzo and after 1 minute add water. stirring gently. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Let it simmer approximately 15 minutes and serve immediately. Advice. If you wish Trahana to be cooked well, you have to add water a bit more, if necessary and little by little . |
